As a matter of principle we believe that documentation should conform to a base standard, and therefore use the current edition of SITPRO Topform and the UN layout key as a base for our documentation.

However we also add extra objects to those standards where so guided by our user base, e.g. additional marks and description to cope with Letter of Credit descriptions on commercial and shipping forms, bank account details on invoices and bank forms, signatures where requested etc.

On this page are links to an extremely short list of graphics images of over 400 documents or reports  produced by the software to show some of these features. They are in fact files which can be attached to e-mail messages, and can include signatures if the software is configured to add signatures by examining the contents of the name of signatory field. The files on this page are in the Adobe Acrobat PDF (Portable Document Format.  To produce documents in this format from the Formwise System would require you to have a printer driver such as Software Partners' PDF Print Factory installed.
