Our Mission

To develop powerful, user friendly and cost-effective software for the production of documentation for, and management of the export function,

The software will output documentation, including reports, in the format of :-

1. printed forms which conform to the SITPRO/UN layout key, and we are proud to have been a SITPRO licensee since the formation of the company,

2. PDF graphics images, or

3. electronic data files (CSV, EDI, XML etc.), and

4. submissions to external bodies, for example HMRC for NES, Intrastat and ESL information.

To keep the software in line with current standards and practice and to develop the software in line with customer requirements, such general enhancements being at no cost to customers on contracted annual maintenance.

To provide efficient and responsive support to customers by all means possible, including telephone, direct connect modem, via E-mail and using web cameras and the internet for "live" discussions or being passed control by the end user.

The company was formed in 1992, some three years after the launch of the software, and its most important attribute is its staff, who have worked in the export arena with over 60 years experience. They are:-
